All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be perfectly accurate.

Important Note on Collaboration Items: Due to their limited-edition and collectible nature, all items from our collaboration collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or not as described. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and value of these unique products.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we have received full payment and sent you an order confirmation email.

Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely, and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Shipping:

• We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and a few select remote regions.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country’s customs authorities.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Our policy is designed to be as seamless as our products.

Standard Policy: You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, within 15 days of the delivery date.

Final Sale Items: As stated in Section 2, all collaboration items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window to receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Returns sent without this authorisation cannot be processed.

Refunds: Upon approval of your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Salomon Shop, our collaborators, or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

The distinctive designs of our collaborative products are the intellectual property of Salomon and its respective partner brands. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from the rights holder.

6. Limitation of Liability

Salomon Shop, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any statements or conduct of any third party on the service.
• Any other matter relating to the service or products.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the website or products is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us in the last six months or £100.

This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
