We are proud to serve a global community of design-conscious and performance-driven individuals. We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and a few select remote regions.
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of £12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey to you.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, within 15 days of the delivery date.
Important Note on Collaboration Items: Our curated selection of collaborative sneakers represents the pinnacle of limited-edition design. To maintain the collectible value and integrity of these unique partnerships, all items from our collaboration collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or not as described.

The Returns & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the item. Using the template below will help expedite your request.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your parcel. Please do not send returns without this authorisation, as we cannot process them without it.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the completed returns form, and ship them to the address we provide. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the returned item(s). Upon approval, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item.
Refund Timeline & Method
After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or your PayPal account). Depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via our standard shipping method once the return is approved. You will receive a new tracking number via email.
