If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our returns and exchange process is designed to be as seamless and considered as the products we offer.
Our Policy
You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, within 15 days of the delivery date. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
The Returns & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the process. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Returns Authorisation number and detailed instructions on where to send your parcel. Please do not send returns without this authorisation, as we cannot process them without it.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the completed returns form (see template below), and ship them to the address we provide. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item.
Refund Timeline & Method
After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or your PayPal account). Depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via our standard shipping method once the return is approved. You will receive a new tracking number via email.
