Where do you ship to?
We offer global delivery to most countries worldwide. Currently, we are unable to ship to certain parts of Asia and some remote regions. During checkout, you can enter your address to confirm availability for your location.

We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx with full tracking
Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 business days via EMS (no full end-to-end tracking)
How long does order processing take?
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch. Our team meticulously verifies, hand-picks, and packages each order to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
Why don’t I have tracking information for my free shipping order?
Our free shipping option via EMS does not include full end-to-end tracking to keep costs economical. For complete visibility of your parcel’s journey, we recommend selecting our Standard Shipping option with DHL or FedEx.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
